Estina Ang Suan Hong is the Founder and Executive Chairman of GLG Corp Ltd and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Ms Ang has over 43 years of experience in the textile and apparel industry who leads a 9,000 strong workforce spanning the Southeast Asia region. She grew the business from 6 sewing machines as a sub-contractor to a global supplier of quality apparel to major retailers in the USA and throughout Europe.
Ms Estina Ang graduated from Nanyang University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, Textile and Fashion Singapore. She obtained The Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2001, listed in The 300 List in Singapore Tattler, named “The Emergent 25 Asia’s Latest Star Businesswomen” by Forbes Asia in 2018 and recipient of the Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award recognised for her outstanding contribution to her field in 2019 and also spearheaded the business expansion into factory production plants across Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Brunei, Fiji Island. Mexico, Guatemala, China, Vietnam and sales design offices in Korea, Hong Kong and USA.

Ms Gan joined the Board on 15 September 2015. She joined the Company in 2006 as a legal officer responsible for the legal compliance office. Ms Gan became the Deputy Chief Executive Officer on 20 February 2019. She is currently responsible for the overall management of Finance, Textile Mill and Factories’ Operation, Business Development, Sales & Marketing including Outsourced Manufacturing and Product, Development and Design departments. Ms Gan builds, direct and drives the annual strategic sales and marketing plan and implements marketing strategies to identify and develop new customers and business opportunities on a global scale.
Ms Gan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Nottingham in 2003 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in May 2005. She is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and a management committee member of the Textile Apparel Fashion Federation Singapore

Mr Lee Kwak Keh is GLG’s Chief Merchandising officer, he joined the business in February 2017 as VP of Sales. Mr Lee has been promoted to current position in April 2020 and is responsible for the Group’s Sales, Merchandising Functions and Strategic Planning.
Mr Lee has over 30 years of experience in the fashion and apparel industry and have in dept knowledge of the global fashion market and good relationships with the global customers/ retailers.
Prior to this he was the Marketing Director for Chenille International Pte Ltd responsible for the group apparel sale, product development, and merchandising.
Mr Lee graduated with a Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University (UK).

Ms. Lee Li San is with GLG for 10 years since she joined the business in May 2011 as Accounting Manager, works very closely with previous FC and CFO on accounting, audit & tax planning
She was promoted to Financial Controller in July 2020 and is now responsible for the Group’s Accounting functions, Audit, Taxation & Strategic Planning.
Ms Lee has over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry and have indept knowledge of the accounting standards and maintains good relationships with the auditors.
Ms Lee is certified CPA Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

Ms Julie Tan joined the group as Adiver SVP, Manufacturing (GLIT Holdings) in charge of the Manufacturing Plant in Batam with 3000 over workers with an yearly export of US$90 million which is the biggest out-sourcing Plant of Ghim Li Group as well as the group’s Procurement/Cost control division for outsourced fabrics and accessories from all over Asia.
Prior to her current position, she joined Ghim Li on 5 November 2001 as Senior Sales Manager in charge of Sales & Marketing. She has handled closed to US$100 million of Export Sales Revenue during her service as Sales & Marketing VP.
Julie has over 35 years of garment manufacturing experiences in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Manufacturing. She has joined her Poly-Allied Knitwear Pte Ltd with 21 years of Sales & Manufacturing experience before she joined the group.

Over 12 years, collaborated with international teams, presenting trend forecasts and design innovations.
As VP of Sales and Business Development, she guide a team in 2D/3D proposals, merchandising and customer engagement, and market-responsive solutions. During the pandemic, she successfully launched virtual showrooms, transforming traditional presentation methods and enhancing customer experience.

As a VP, Logistics I, he will be leading Logistics Management of the Logistics Teams.
Jeff joined Ghim Li in June 2005, in his long career he has had extensive exposure to first tier logistics and manufacturing supply chain management.
He is responsible for Logistics Management growth strategy of the organisation. Jeff is an organised, process driven, and has the ability to develop efficient logistics procedures, as a leader of the Logistics Teams, he always encourages staffs and colleagues to work cross functionally, and not stop at the boundaries of their job description.
Jeff graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Finance & Business Studies.

Mr. Ferry Ferdiansyah is a seasoned compliance and HSE professional with over 20 years of experience in the apparel and manufacturing industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indonesia Institute of Technology.
He lead regional compliance and HSE programs across Southeast Asia, overseeing audits, vendor training, and regulatory alignment. His strengths include risk assessment, quality assurance, ISO systems, and cross-functional leadership. Ferry is also experienced in managing third-party audits, developing compliance manuals, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and team coaching.

Mr. Soong Yu Xian brings over 17 years of experience in software development, ERP implementation, and IT project management. He has a strong background in system and database analysis, EDI operations, business process re-engineering, and e-business solutions.
As Group IT Manager, Mr. Soong oversees the planning and execution of enterprise-wide IT initiatives, ensuring that technology supports the company’s strategic objectives. He leads cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
In addition to his technical leadership, Mr. Soong serves as the company’s certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and managing associated risks.

His strengths include factory setup from the ground up, lean production implementation, quality control systems, and team restructuring. He has a proven track record in production planning, cost control, and operational efficiency. Chen began his career as a sewing technician and rose through the ranks due to his technical expertise and leadership.

Since 2018, Ms. Pua Kim Lee currently assigned to GG Fashion, Cambodia as Assistant Factory Manager. She is in-charge of cut, sew, pack departments, responsible for the production planning as well as subcon who handles the washing, printing & embroidery, all in a day duty to ensuring shipments are sent on as planned schedule.
Ms. Pua Kim Lee have been in Ghim Li since 2004 and held various position in production setting in the various factories she was stationed. Her knowledge & technical experience in fashion & apparel is valuable to the Ghim Li organization.

Mr Kang Eng Chuan, who joined the Group in October 2010. He is responsible for the Corporate Finance and Accounting matters, including risk management as well as overseeing the group’s projects. He works alongside the CFO on all Group’s investment, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Kang has over 20 years of post-graduation experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining our Group, from 2008 to 2010, Mr Kang held the post of Financial Controller at Dynaforce International Pte Ltd (a SME company which won the Enterprise 50 awards for 2 continuous years)
Mr Kang began his career with local audit firm in 1996. From 1998 to 2002, he served as the Accountant of Havas Medimedia Asia Pte Ltd (a publishers of medical-book) and Berger International Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berger International Limited which was listed on Main Board of the SGX-ST until Feb 2014)
Mr Kang is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and graduated with a Master of Business administration (MBA) from Edinburgh business School of Heriot Watt University.

As the Deputy Factory Manager & Quality Manager, Ms Tan Kong Peng is in charge of our Ghim Li Malaysia production operation with specialist areas like:
Quality – fully administrate quality section in order to achieve buyer requirements. Cutting – planning, forecast daily/ monthly productivity. Packing – safeguard the punctuality of shipment.
Apart from her daily operation task, she is also responsible in leading the operation for both the silkscreen and embroidery facilities (including supplier), production line plan, sourcing & development and is also the problem solver for ad hoc activities & emergency crisis in the factory.
Tan Kong Peng joined Ghim Li after graduated from her education. She is currently stationed in Ghim Li Malaysia, as a seasoned veteran to the Fashion and Apparel industry, bringing with her over 18 years of industry expertise to our organisation.

Hajar joined Ghim Li in Malaysia 2018 as a Shipping Assistant since her graduation from University.
Her responsibilities are to prepare client’s export documents and reports, as well as liaising with local authorities.
Besides that, she deals with forwarders to ensure timely delivery of our orders.
Hajar is always willing to learn and explore new things.
Hajar spends her free time reading and improving herself. During long vacations, she likes to visit historical sites.

Hafrizan joined Ghim Li in May 2015, as a Cutting Supervisor. He monitors on fabric consumptions and plays a key role in helping the company to achieve zero short shipment for every order. He gives direction on cutting methods and ensures that his team works in a safe working environment.
Hafrizan is hardworking and possesses a positive work attitude. He is skilled in using the auto cutter machine, auto spreading machine and straight knife machine.
During non-office hours, Hafrizan raises chicks and quails. He also grows his own vegetables such as chilies and sweet potatoes.

Kathi joined Ghim Li 1999 in Malaysia as a Packing Supervisor. His main role is to monitor the target output of the garments packed to meet shipment dates.
Besides that, he sets and gives direction to his team on packing methods, ensuring that good quality garments are presented well when it is shipped.
Efficiency is important for Kathi, he ensures carton sizes fits well for the garments so that it can be shipped out efficiently and reduce wastages on extra packaging carton materials.
Kathi likes to play football during weekends with his buddy. He is kind and does social work in orphanages and nursing homes during vacation.
I enjoy my work everyday. My journey has been filled with learning and growing within the organization. I am grateful to all my colleagues here who contributed to my journey so far. I work with some of the friendliest, and most hardworking people. Everyday is a new opportunity for me to learn and grow in my professional life.
Anabel joined Ghim Li 2009 in Indonesia as a Sewing Supervisor. She was transferred to Ghim Li Malaysia and was promoted to IE. In her current role, she prepares the operation bulletin and lay out for every new style.
At the same time, she sets the standardize minute value for new operations, thread consumption, manpower requirements and equipment lists.
Anabel conducts time studies and determine the cost for each manufacturing process.
Anabel is a proactive person. She assists sewing supervisor to improve on sewer’s sewing method in order to increase the sewing productivity.
In her spare time, Anabel enjoys watching funny movies. It makes her stay happy and positive.

Alidin joined Ghim Li March 2022 in Malaysia as a factory cleaner. He is a deaf mute.
He is responsible for the cleanliness of the factory building. Alidin is a hardworking and he can manage his time effectively to complete all his tasks.
